During your monthly subscription, you can make as many requests as you want and ask for all the revisions you need on Slack. Your dedicated team will deliver one task at a time, based on your priorities.

Within a one-month subscription, you can expect to achieve various tangible outcomes, for example:
- LOGO + DIFFERENT VISUAL ASSETS: Development and design of a distinctive logo, cohesive visual identity guidelines, stationary design such as brochures or flyers, and social media templates, or;
- SIMPLE, RESPONSIVE WEBSITE: Design, copywriting, development, and SEO optimisation of a user-friendly, responsive website, or;
- 1 BLOG ARTICLE + 20 SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS: Visuals and copywriting to create a blog article and captivating social media posts.
Keep in mind that the time required to complete each project varies based on its complexity and your specific requirements. Check average turnaround times for the most common tasks.
In both packages, you’ll partner with a close-knit, highly-selected team of professionals made of a designer, copywriter, developer, and other creatives, depending on your needs.
In the EXPLORER package, your team will focus on creative tasks that involve the day-to-day growth of your brand (see examples of most requested tasks), while the VISIONARY package is more strategy-centred and includes art direction, regular strategy consults and deliverables like brand concept and development, SM marketing strategies, and UI/UX research (discover our strategy services).

No matter what you need, you can text us on your private Slack channel. Plus, you have a set number of monthly video calls based on your package. During calls, we can further discuss strategies or tasks and provide consults. For more official communications, contact us via this email. If you're not in a rush, we also accept carrier pigeons.
At any time, you can pause your subscription by sending us an email at least 7 days before the intended pause date. When you need us again, you can reuse the number of days you still have in your monthly plan and start from where you left off. Check our T&Cs for all the details.
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with our partnership. For this reason, we offer a partial refund of the first monthly payment if we’re not the right fit for your company after the first week with us. (Again, check T&Cs for all the details). Except for this, we can’t offer any refunds due to the highly subjective nature of our work.

If you own a museum or organise a cultural event, just give us a call. Depending on your situation and specific needs, we can discuss a fixed, discounted monthly rate.
