How does the 7-day free trial work?
After an intro call, we’ll send you a Stripe link where you'll fill your info and your trial period will officially start. During these 7 days, you’ll have access to our lead designer and copywriter. After that, if you're not satisfied and don’t wish to continue, just send us a written notice before the 7th day. No questions asked. All the details in our T&Cs.
Can I calcel anytime?
Yes, just send us an email 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle (check our T&Cs for all the details). If you forget to send the email, you’ll be doomed to work with us for all eternity. Just kidding. We’re flexible. We’ll figure it out.
How do you handle ChatGPT & Friends?
We’re not stuck in the past, so we use AI. It helps us research, find new trends, brainstorm quick ideas, gather data, or explore content variations. But no matter how fast or clever it is, it’s not really a creative genius. That’s why we always use our brains, taste, and judgement to turn raw prompts into original ideas.
