Week #1
You jump on a video call with our art director and visual designer, Tommi, to clarify your needs and define a strategy for achieving your brand goals. Let’s say you’re planning to build a new 6-page website. Tommi starts working with you on the structure, UX, and wireframes, showing you how everything could come together.
Week #2
Pam, our SEO copywriter, discusses your website’s written content with you and focuses on keyword research. In the meantime, Tommi prepares mockups and visual variants with UI elements to give you a real preview of how the site will look.




Week #3
Tommi begins developing the website on your chosen platform (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or another) and integrates all the design elements. Meanwhile, Pam writes the content and optimises it for SEO. The site starts to take shape, page by page, with daily updates from both your team members.
Week #4
Tommi and Pam handle the final adjustments and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your website is ready to launch! In the meantime, they prepare for the next phase, crafting a tailor-made social media strategy for your brand.



Month 2
Vale, our social media manager, joins the team. Pam continues working on the strategy and written content while Tommi focuses on the visual aspects, and Vale takes care of all your social media accounts by answering comments and queries and keeping engagement high.
Month 6
You decide it’s time for a brand refresh. You want to update your logo, style, and tone of voice. Tommi and Pam revise your brand guidelines to ensure they’re consistent, original, and aligned with your values. They also update the website so that both visuals and copy reflect your refreshed identity.


Ongoing
Keep your membership for as long as you want. Depending on your needs, we’ll assign the right professionals to handle different projects quickly and consistently. Your NJ team will take care of everything, from landing pages for specific campaigns to blog articles, regular website updates, seasonal content, and more.

What does “unlimited projects” mean?
During your monthly membership, you can submit as many requests as you want and ask for all the revisions you need on Slack. Your dedicated team will deliver one task at a time, based on your priorities.
What can I achieve in one month?
At NiceJourney, we focus on producing high-quality, tailored work, so exact timelines vary by project. That said, here are some real examples of what’s possible in one month:
Branding kit + marketing assets:
- Design and development of a distinctive logo

Responsive 6-page website:

Based on your needs, we’ll assign the right professionals to your projects. Tommi, our art director, will always be involved to coordinate the team and ensure smooth progress. At the start of each billing cycle, we’ll share transparent pricing and confirm your scope.

How will I communicate with my team?
Slack is our main channel: send updates, feedback, or new tasks anytime. Need to talk things through? Book a video call. Prefer emails? We've got that too. And if you're old-school, carrier pigeons are also welcome.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
After an intro call, we’ll send you a Stripe link based on your selected plan, but you won’t be charged unless you decide to continue. During the trial, you’ll only have access to our lead designer and/or copywriter. If you don’t wish to continue, just send us a written notice before the 7 days are up. Full details in our T&Cs.
What does "flexible access" mean?
Depending on your plan, you’ll have access to two or more freelancers, but how you work with them is entirely up to you. For example, with the Explorer Plan, you could:
- Work 3 weeks with our designer and 1 week with our copywriter;
- Split time 50/50;
- Work with both at the same time.
How does cancellation work?
You can interrupt your membership by sending us an email 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle. Check our T&Cs for all the details.
