Are projects and revisions really unlimited?
Yes! Every month, you can ask for all the tasks you want and request all the revisions you need: I won't stop working until you're completely satisfied. I’ll tackle them one-by-one based on your priorities.
What can I achieve in one month?
It depends on your requests, obviously.Here's some examples of what I usually deliver in one month:

How does the 7-day free trial work?
After an intro call, I’ll send you a Stripe link where you'll fill your info and your trial period will officially start. Then, if you're not satisfied and don’t wish to continue, just send a written notice before the 7th day. No questions asked. All the details in our T&Cs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, just send an email 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle. Check our T&Cs for the not-so-fun-but-important stuff.
What does "embedded in your team" mean?
I’ll work as an extension of your internal team: I’ll join your preferred communication channels (like Slack or Teams), answer in a timely fashion to any communication or request, provide updates on tasks every max 48H, and be available for virtual coffees.
What does "flexible scope" mean?
Branding? Check. Design? Yup. Web? Got it. I can split time across projects or clients, especially if you’re an agency. But if you’re looking for a designer who also writes newsletters, runs ads, and walks your dog… that’s not me.
Do you issue refunds?
Short answer: no. Long answer: I’ll do everything to make sure you never want one. But because creativity is subjective and custom, I can’t offer refunds once the work begins. If something feels off, let’s talk and fix it.
