Once you have a strong brand identity and an original website, it’s time to promote your product on different channels and platforms.

To do so, you need a coherent and comprehensive content strategy—the engine that keeps your narrative consistent, so your brand doesn’t go stale.

Our Content Strategy Process

Discovery Phase & Content Audit

Through an in-depth video call, we learn everything we can about your brand and start putting all the pieces together to make sure the content strategy matches your identity. We also analyze published content to uncover what works, what to improve, and what to discard.

Photography guidelines text next to four images: top left is a green molecular structure close-up, top right shows a woman riding a bike at night in a city with blurred lights, bottom left features a man in a gray coat walking briskly with a motion blur background in an urban setting, bottom right is a high-definition macro shot of green droplets and a transparent vial on a light surface.

Target Audience Analysis

Starting from the target developed during the brand strategy phase and already following your content, we identify your online audience. In this phase, we also build audience personas to clarify who we talk to.

Narrative Definition

We set the goals we want to achieve to build a clear direction moving forward and create a narrative around them. Clarifying the reasons behind promoting your product helps identify content themes and topics.

Style & Design Guidelines

We start developing clear guidelines on how to talk about and visually represent your product online. During this phase, we create content pillars and themes that can be used in different channels and formats.

The left card shows a green bottle labeled 'BALSAMO' with yellow flowers behind it and text 'GINESTRA Dolce, calda e intensa.' The phone displays a hand holding a transparent perfume bottle with a green cap and Italian text about Umbria's scent. The right card features two goats with a comma-shaped logo and text 'PROFUMO d'UMBRIA.'

Format & Channel Strategy

We go into detail about the types of content formats and channels to use. Quality is more important than quantity, so we focus on strategically choosing the formats and channels that ensure the best performance.

Editorial Calendar Creation

The last step involves creating content calendars where we outline which type of content to publish every month, on which platforms, and in which formats. In this phase, you’ll receive the first draft of your content strategy.

Your Lean Team

We’re not hyper-specialized by choice. We know AI can learn new technical skills better and faster than us. So, we focus on the creative and strategic aspects, combining our knowledge of design and writing, our taste and experience with the latest tech to craft truly unique brands.

Tommi C.

Brand, Visual & Web designer

At the tender age of 14, I started exploring visual design and photography, finding my first gig 2 years later. Over time, I’ve deepened my knowledge in branding, which is essential for strategy and structure, and web development to build complete websites. All this while getting a bachelor’s degree in design & multimedia and travelling all over the world.

Pam A.

Copywriter + marketing specialist

I’ve always been fascinated by words, and that’s why I started my career as a ghostwriter, helping authors write and sell their books to an international audience. As my skills evolved, I began working with SMEs, focusing on copywriting and crafting tailored marketing strategies. But my real passion is one: finding the best place to have a delicious breakfast wherever I go.

I enjoyed working with them and am happy with the experience. They were incredibly communicative and easy to talk to from start to finish. Not only did they deliver on time, but also kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking skilled and cooperative professionals.

You're probably wondering

First and foremost, we’re just two creatives. So, no middleman passing information between you and us with the risk of losing context, relevant info, or important details. Plus, we don’t follow a rigid approach but prefer maintaining a consistently collaborative and open relationship, sharing our work methods and processes with you.

Over time, we’ve worked with many SMEs in different industries such as food and beverage, luxury hospitality, and cosmetics. We’ve also collaborated with early-stage and funded startups in the field of health tech, food tech, social networking, and hospitality tech. Our clients are mainly from the EU and US.

Our experience dealing with premium brands provides us with all the skills needed to elevate your product to something more than “just a new app.” We certainly aim for the same professionalism and quality as a traditional agency, but we also breathe the same startup ecosystem every day, which allows us to prioritize a flexible and lean approach above any tedious method or process.

On the one hand, we use AI tools in our daily life and support inventive startups that tap into new tech advancements to create original products. On the other hand, we try to set boundaries around AI usage specifically for our work, for different reasons:

  • it’s not really more imaginative or original than us
  • the risk of getting dumber and less adaptable is real (and we don’t want that)
  • our taste and judgement always come first

So, we surely use it to brainstorm ideas, find trends, explore different content variations, and generate images and videos. But we never use it to craft full brand or content strategies or vibe-code websites.

Slack is our main channel: send updates, feedback, or new tasks anytime. If you need to talk things through, you can also book a video call. Prefer emails? We've got that too. And if you're really old-school, carrier pigeons are also welcome.

Yes, just send us an email 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle (check our T&Cs for all the details). If you forget to send the email, you’ll be doomed to work with us for all eternity. Just kidding. We’re flexible. We’ll figure it out.

If you’re considering joining our retainer program, you have the opportunity to test our skills and see if we’re a good fit for you before committing long-term. Send us an email saying that you want to do the trial, and we’ll send you back a Stripe link with all the details.

The payment will be processed only at the end of the 7th day and only if you decide to continue the collaboration. Once we receive confirmation from Stripe, your 7 days officially start. Depending on your needs, you can work only with Tommi or with both of us on small tasks such as 5-7 logo drafts, 3-4 social media posts, or homepage header design + copy.

Refunds
We care about your experience and will do our best to make things work. But because our work is creative and custom, we can’t offer refunds after the trial.

Discounts
Cultural associations and non-profits, we root for you! If you run a museum, organise cultural events or similar, let’s talk. We’d love to offer you a custom, discounted plan.
